Meet Dr. Seung Yub Song
Dr. Song, known as "Dr. Yub" to his patients, first had the inspiration to enter dentistry as a teen, when he learned of his own childhood story. When he was only three or four years old, a dentist recommended extracting all of his baby teeth due to decay. His family sought a second opinion, and a caring dentist proposed an alternative treatment that honored both his age and his anxiety—saving his teeth and, ultimately, shaping his life's calling.
That experience inspires Dr. Song every day: to see the person before the procedure, to find the gentler path, and to make every patient feel safe and heard.

Clinical Expertise
With more than a decade of experience treating children and adults, Dr. Song performs a wide range of procedures—from general dentistry (cleanings, fillings, extractions) to root canals, implants, orthodontics, and prosthetics. Through careful study of each patient's unique situation, he develops a plan customized to that individual.
A Personal Note
Dr. Song has a wonderful wife who majored in classical voice, and they are the proud parents of two children—a son and a younger daughter. He loves watching movies and enjoys all types of sports. His family spends a great deal of time at the beach, which is one of the reasons he fell in love with Connecticut. Norwalk is where he got married and where both of his children were born.
